Today, the U.S. House voted - without the support of 7 Republicans, including NC Rep. Renee Ellmers - to defund Obamas unilateral immigration action. I remember when Renee Ellmers spoke in #WilsonNC at one of WilsonNCTeaPartys first rallies and promised to uphold the Constitution, shrink govt, and promote fiscal responsibility. Many of us feel betrayed by her lawless vote (weve felt this way for quite some time). This is why the #TeaParty has been fleeing partisanship, holding both parties to the same standard (constitutionally limited govt), without bias. We are tired of the lies and corruption in BOTH parties and refuse to be abused by anyones good intentions and unprincipled leadership. We prefer to hold to the unchanging principles of freedom, which alone are trustworthy, admirable, and pure, and if any leader decides to hold to these same principles, we will support them (whether they are a Republican or Democrat). Otherwise, we will oppose them with all our might. theblaze/stories/2015/01/14/house-votes-to-defund-obamas-immigration-action
