Today: the do as I say not as I do jersey shore bodybuilding muscle Mecca leg session extravaganza: Front squat 5x5 Machine hack squats 4x20, super settled with lying leg curls 4x15-20, drop set on the final set Leg extensions 4x20, drop set on the final set Weighted sit ups 3x15 Plus 20 minutes of cardiac output work to really chase the burn. Somebody get me some Lycra shorts to show off my quad sweeps. This session ruined me.
