Today the plumbing problem was sorted without charge but I will be charged if it happens again because internal blockages are the tenants responsibility so I have now learned. Yippee! me thinks as I toss all the stinky wet things in the washing machine. All is well, the wash finishes, no floods. So I chuck it all in the tumble, not something I do often, lack of pennies, global warming etc, only to find the drum is not turning. I now have a partly unassembled tumble dryer, a mountain of antique fluff and a broken rubber belt.
