Today there were wood floors to mop clean for Monique to do yoga upon. Sharing best practices & filming. There was an evening bike ride & red snapper by the water as the sun sunk low. Fruit for the palate. Tough love & uplifting conversation. Photos from my best lady who shaved her head clean. There is life- and being beautiful is being alive, fully. And now there is thick sleep.
