Today, though a little late in the month, I am thankful... I just got off the phone with one of my closest friends, Eric Mosby, from which we had a pretty deep conversation. It fills my heart, and almost makes me tear up when I think that there are still friends like this in my life. It seems that I have fallen off the grid since I enlisted almost ten years ago. I hardly recognize peoples faces anymore, so if you sent me a friend request and you were denied, I apologize. I think that it is time to get back to my roots, though, my foundation. The military has taken something from me, something that I will never get back...my time. It has taken time away from my wife, Katie Blue, my kiddos, my family Cindy Dickerson Blue & Ian Blue, and my life-long friend & brother Eric. To all of you, Im sorry...I have made a career decision that has effected all of you in an adverse ways. The only thing I can say is that Im going to strive to make our relationships stronger, and to Make Time for everyone. I thought everything I was doing was for the best, and kept moving forward...I forgot how much each and everyone of you mean to me. Today, especially today, I am thankful...
