Today to May, 28th 2015 the KALABARI can NOT be President, V.P, Governor or Deputy Governor because these offices are presently occupied whose tenure will end on May 28th 2015. The ONLY important statutory elected office that befits the Kalabari ethnic group is the Speaker of RSHA. The Kalabaris could be President, V.P., Governor or Dep. Gov. on 29/05/15. No body should insult the sensibility of the Kalabari People.
