Today was Day 3 of the motorcycle class. Shortly after lunch, I seem to have decided that I needed to get up-close and personal with a chain link fence - yep, ran right into it at some speed. Got wet and muddy (did I forget to mention the grassy ditch full of water that I also crossed?), but no harm to me (a couple of bruises, scrapes) no harm to the bike. Finished all of the rest of the exercises for the day. So that it isnt if you crash but when - done. Happy to demonstrate the safety gear for the rest of the group. Aced the written test. Ready for tomorrow. No more stunt driving. :-) (P.S. Scholars students who were helping Bill Housel by judging the Social Sciences Fair - we were in the parking lot right next to you! Kinda glad you didnt know.)
