Today was a Country Song kind of day. I didnt feel well, couldnt get to my doctor because of a snow storm, and had two employees no-show on me. The absolutely worst part though was my precious kitty monkey going missing. Shes been gone since at least Sunday. I wasnt home when she went missing, but Sean remembers seeing her last sometime this weekend. We were up all night last night looking for her, and shes nowhere in the house or nearby. The local shelter doesnt have her, and I am distraught. I know some people think its weird to get this upset about a cat, but she is family. She snuggles at my feet every night and greets me at the door every day. If you, or anyone you know near the Cloverly area finds an adorable, friendly, impossibly soft gray cat, please let me know. She is gray, with an almost blue tinge. Shes small and lightweight - maybe 10 pounds, and she has never lived outside, so I am very worried about her. She is micro-chipped if that helps at all. I keep praying that Ill open the door and shell be munching on the food I left out for her, but I know thats unrealistic :( We will offer a reward for her return.
