Today was a GREAT DAY! UB swam a 6:40.90 in the 400 IM setting a new PALAU NATIONAL RECORD in the event by over 30 seconds! Shawn is 3 for 3 with best times and UB is 4 for 4 with her swims. UBs 400 IM was just awesome as many Micronesian teams cheered her on coming home in the freestyle leg and congratulating her on her new record. Halfway done with the meet and the three of us are having a great time and swimming fast as all get out. More results to come. GO TEAM PALAU!!!
