Today was a very bittersweet day for Lisa and I. Benji and Buster were reunited after being separated in the spring to rehab at each of our homes. They left to go to a wonderful home with Terry and Bob in upstate Mass. We couldnt have asked for a better home for these little guys who had such a rotten start in life. Lisa and I gave our heart and soul into rehabbing them and will miss them terribly. They will be spoiled and doted on on a 17 acre farm. The painful part of being a part of rescuing is parting with them. We love you Benji and Buster - thank you for being a part of our lives and showing us your strength and will to survive. And best of all you are reunited and together again. Until we meet again...
