Today was back today, and I really feel like Im gaining strength! My upper body has always been my weakest area (especially after coming from years of long distance running). My one rep max for deadlift is 85kg at the moment, but today I managed to squeeze out 2! Youll see in my second rep that my belt pops off lol! I also have been focussing on wide grip pull ups to build my lats. My baby wings are definitely growing! #fairy
