Today was by far the funniest 10k run I have ever participated in! I was a poser in more than one category today. What can you say, Im a witch so I can cast spells and be whatever I want to be! I though my BRF Leanne and I were going to cross the finish line at the same time, but I had no warning she was going to play dress up as we came down the final stretch! Silly girl! Congrats to Bobby and Leanne on best costume and 1st place in their age category. I also took 1st place and 2nd overall female on the 10k AND just for the record, I didnt get a medal for that, BUT by the time Don got his 1st place overall medal it was nice and warmed up for him LOL! Congrats Don Merc and Manda you both kicked booty and earned those 1st placer overall medals! Hilarious results ceremony for sure! The lady handing out the medals was so upset I made sure to give her a hug and tell her thank you. We had fun and were all winners! So a BIG congrats to all my running buddies out there this morning! It was a wet, windy, spooktacular fun 5k/10k run!
