Today was my first test at Real Estate School and I got a 42%. I could have closed my eyes and picked any answer and done better than that. So, these classes, at least in my case, are not that easy. At all. However, I am still very hopeful because, once again, I found that I am not the dumbest one in my class, which is very comforting. Today, the instructor was reviewing the material from yesterday and he said,so, in regard owning land/real property, you have surface, subsurface, and air rights. One lady, I wont say her hair color, but I will say that she had fake breasts and so much work done, she looked like a young Joan Rivers, said,My husband and I just moved to La Jolla, ocean front, and, can we like buy the air rights around us so no one can bother us? I was the ONLY person in the whole class who laughed out loud. Except the instructor. He only chuckled, and said, like a diplomat about to lose his mud, Ive never heard of that before, but you could ask. She said,Oh. And for some reason, at least ten women, craned their necks and looked at me, as if to say, What a dick you are. And I shrugged, looked back randomly at them, as if to say,Shes the dumbshit who asked the stupid question, not me Im just the guy who laughed. I cant win for losing.
