Today was my last #legsday of the year, as I have decided to take 4 weeks off and give my legs a little bit of rest as I have been working them pretty hard over the last 3 months. So, I decided to give them one last serious trashing this morning!!! It #hurts soooo #good!!! The goal this morning was to #squat 315 Ibs for 100 reps in as few sets as possible for time. The last time I did this was 11 weeks ago and I did it in 6 sets (23 mins) which was pretty good. I also did it in 6 sets this morning but I got to 106 reps in about 23 mins. The video is the first set were I did 25 reps. I am a long ways away until I can do this in 5 sets but that’s the goal.
