Today was not a good day!! As soon as I walked out of the grocery store with a full cart of bags, it down poured and both me and the groceries got soaked. Spent an hour drying everything off and putting it all away! Then Apollo decided to leave his rainy day post on the front porch and dug a huge mud hole in the yard! Spent an hour cleaning mud off of him! 😬. Then I was vacuuming and something got caught in the vacuum cleaner and burned the belt up. Spent an hour trying to fix it 🔨🔧and then sought johns help. But decided in the meantime to toast sesame seeds in the toaster oven to make my homemade creamy sesame dressing for dinner. I continued vacuuming and completely forgot about the sesame seeds and smelled something burning. I ran to the toaster oven and flung open the door and the sesame seeds burst into full flames! 🔥Panicked, I pulled the tray out, thankfully without burning my arms, and threw it into the sink and poured flour on it. Spent an hour cleaning black soot out of the oven, cabinet, etc.!! 😬👿 Glad this day is over. Hopefully tomorrow will be better😊!!
