Today was not fun. I went to the rectory of the local church, which I am not a member, to talk about obtaining a sponsor letter so I can be my nephews God father. I did obtain the letter, but not without a lot of taking and a very civil disagreement with the priest. All this before noon. I didnt mind him questioning my lack of involvement in the church, but he questioned how strong my marriage was because of our non denominational ceremony. I remembered why I no longer attend mass. But, its for Paulie, and that kid is my homie.
