Today was one of those days where I am so thankful I do what I do. I had the best time enjoying the company of Tabasco chefs from Norway, Ireland, Amsterdam, London, etc. We started off the morning at 9:00am with beignets and chicory coffee at Cafe Beignet. Oysters Four Ways and Tequila Sunrises at Bourbon House. Bloody Mary and Blue Crab Salad at Galatoires. French 75s and Shrimp Remoulade at Arnauds. Oyster Foch Poboys, Sazeracs, and Baked Alaska in the Rex Room of Antoines during the filming of Bobby Flays Food Network TV Series. Then, Tee Z shows off her 1840s Bourbon Street Creole Townhouse. By 2pm, I was drained of all my energy. I realized they were intrigued by our culture, and I wish I could introduce them to this.
