Today was phone call day. Started at 8 am and just ended at 3:15. Last call lasted nearly 2 hours to Century Link and spoke with a very nice lady in Phoenix Arizona who checked on everything for me. Managed to up my internet speed/lower the price and because they bundle with Verizon get my cell phone bill lowered. Now that is all over the phone we will see when the bill comes if it actually works.
