Today was rough, went in tired and just wore out. There is a lot going on at my house w/ my wife being due in 2 months. However, I went in and did what I could. WOD: 21 Thrusters 125lbs, 800m run, 15 thrusters 125 400m run...no round three, this took me 14 minutes and really felt it in my leg. Squats: 135 x 3, 185 x 3, 205 x 3, 225 x 3, 245 x 3, 275 x 3, 295 x 3, 305 x 3, 315 x 2, 325 x 2 Tire Flips 5 for speed (Raced Erica) Row 1000m for time, 3:32 PR for me I am really happy I got the 325 x 2, I needed it. I have been feeling pretty weak but I am down over 23lbs now since 9/23
