Today was such a huge blessing! Another successful youth Sunday by Team Victory. We had 3 to pray, 2 to speak, 4 to take up offering, 2 greeters, 5 to sing a special and about 40 to sing in the choir, worship and stay for lunch and fabulously fun games. I am blessed. Of course, none of this just happens and I certainly cant do it alone- I am so thankful that God has called these to help me- my husband Brandon for doing all kinds of chores and our sound along with Brother Sonny. Also my best friend and right hand.... Jenifer Armstrong and her husband Mark for well, all kinds of stuff. My mentors and cheer leaders, Phyllis Garvan and her husband Mike and Sheila Armstrong and her husband Gary for keeping me straight and helping with drama and music. Big thanks to Lindsey Lyndsey- Grant Bamburg , Kim Humphries Spencer, Katherine Armstrong Lewis and Melanie Waltman Robertson for planning and leading all of the great games!!! The parents for staying to play and being supportive. To our judges today, Elaine Arrant Jones, Dot Dot Gilley Washington, Missi Clark Elliott for the help! and to our wonderful pastor, Bro Grant for being a great leader and being involved in every aspect of our youth department. (I ALWAYS miss someone- never by lack of importance - but because my brain is tired-lol- so please forgive me when I do).. its been a great day at Victory Baptist Church.
