Today was the first day in a long time that I felt like I could breathe. Thank you for praying! Lilys chest X-ray this morning showed that her lungs are still very wet. The breathing treatments, chest PT, and incessant coughing are quite painful but Lily handled it very well today without any tantrums. She understands the need to get all of the gunk out of her lungs, and enjoys the cheers every time she has a good cough. Instead of immediately getting mad or bursting into tears, Lily used her words and told me what she wanted/needed. We enjoyed each others company today, and even smiled and giggled a bit. Today I am thankful for all of YOU...Lilys faithful prayer warriors. Eucharisteo
