Today was weigh in day. I weigh 271. Started two weeks ago at 282. So that is 11 pounds in two weeks without any real exercise program or special diet other than no fast food or soda (although I have been eating a lot less). I am happy to lose, but I feel like I am capable of losing a lot more. Plus, I didnt realize I was 282 when we decided to start the challenge. I thought I was 275. So I sort of only feel like I lost about 4 pounds. Tomorrow I introduce daily exercise. Ive sort of been dreading that, but I know its what I need most. Im going to start by trying to travel (run/walk/jog) 1.5 miles each day in the morning. My goal is to be able to run the cortina/sonic block one day. That is 4.5 miles. Im pretty sure Ill find some other exercise I can do in addition to my run, but for week three, thats my only commitment. Happy Friday! #90dayweightlosschallengewithmywife
