Today we are privileged to share with you the events that unfolded today at the Marine Corps National Museum of the Marine Corps. Two pieces of the World Trade Center were escorted to Quantico by 1,000 Marine Veterans on motorcycles. They rode over seven hours, partly in the rain to honor 17 of their fallen former Marine firefighters who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. The pieces will be part of a memorial for the fallen Marine firefighters and will be on display at the museum. Semper Fi, Marines.
