Today we celebrate 13 years of our marriage! Last year was full of challenges for us, but because of the adversity, Caleb and I turned towards each other more. Our relationship deepened and our love grew. Out of ashes, there was fresh growth. It would be hard to be thankful for the pain causing events, but Im glad for the growth of love that followed the pain. During the last year, I was still grieving freshly the loss of my cousin, then lost the lady I cared for for several years, which also meant big changes to my routine and my small income, Calebs parents moved 12 hours away, there were changes with our church family, it was our first year homeschooling, and Jacobs first year in high-school, both proved to be challenging. But, we walked the path together and there is no one else Id rather have holding my hand on our way home. I love you deeply Caleb Towles.
