Today we had a day trip to Mowbray and they had a chance to paddle a canoe...This group were champions at what NOT to do!! Besides the normal nearly tipping over when they climbed in...one of the boats dropped a paddle, the next boat on the third circle managed to pick up the paddle, only to throw it across the boat back in the water. A bit later, a couple of boats crashed as they splashed each other, one ran ashore, one nearly tipped over on a number of occasions, one had trouble getting back in and one person nearly fell in as the boat moved out when they were stepping ashore. So glad I didnt join them in a boat, I would have missed the show :)
