Today we have a two for one post - 1. An example of how some extreme liberal feminists can be tasteless, tacky, and just deliberately offensive to Christians. 2. An example of how some people who claim to be Christians have cherry picked the Bible to justify their anger and vindictive nature. Neither one of them accurately depicts either my friends who respectfully disagree with my faith or my Christian friends who understand that this type of reaction is heinous. Yet, too often it seems as if each side is willing to point to either of these extremes to validate why the opposing view is dangerous, wrong, and without heart or conscience. So just a quick reminder - not all Christians (seriously, 98% of us) would ever begin to condone what this writer is suggesting, and I am certain that there are just as many liberal feminists who are far more classy than these gals. We should all be careful not to characterize an entire sub-culture by their worst examples.
