Today we have been contacted by a few people questioning our involvement in a disturbing video doing the rounds on social media entitled ‘Adventure Farm, Durham, making a goat scream’. We want to make it clear that that the farm park where this was filmed is most definitely NOT Adventure Valley, Durham. We want to reassure our visitors that our staff are well trained and qualified in handling animals and would never treat any of our animals in this way. The scheduled animal activities at Adventure Valley are mainly petting sessions or display activities where the animals have been trained from an early age to take part. We certainly wouldnt encourage our animals to scream or put them in stressful situations.
