Today we honor the equality and celebrate the differences in us all. Take time today reflecting how much time, energy and love went into creating a smaller gap between the races. We still have much work to do but I am thankful today that I can walk hand in hand with my bi-racial daughters and African American husband without fear. I send much gratitude out to all the men and women that fought this hard fight and those that continue to fight for the equality for ALL. It is a daily practice to not allow the stereotypes in and place judgement on those that are different, it may be color of skin, beliefs systems, or how they drive.....
