Today we learned about blood types and played a game on the laptops involving blood transfusions. There was a worksheet that went along with the material, which you will have to complete if you were absent. You can get the information from a classmate or see me during Advisory for help. On another note, there was a rather serious incident during fifth period today involving Mikey, our pet turtle. I am extremely upset & disappointed by what was an extremely immature and cruel behavior. From here on out students in ALL classes need to remain seated until the bell rings at the end of class. If there is ANY further incident involving the mistreatment of any of our class pets, they will be removed from the classroom. Tomorrow well be doing a fun lesson on addiction & whether or not there is a genetic factor. Well be viewing a family history & creating a pedigree chart to try to determine this. See you all then.
