Today we remember Sts. Hyacinthus and Protus, who were early martyrs of the Church, catholicexchange/sts-hyacinthus-and-protus-martyrs. For centuries the remains of these saints remained hidden from the world, but their intercession for us in Heaven carried on throughout that time. So too, these saints remind us that while the world may never recognize our deeds, God in Heaven watches and rejoices as we serve Him and others.
