Today we started the session with a fast paced set where every 60sec we had to add another rep to the set for 12 rounds. Starting at 5 reps for 3 exercises and building up. Then we experimented with mixing some yoga in with boot camp style exercises and speed.. This was very effective at continuing to raise the our heart rate and also getting a good stretch! Its also was fun just to mix it up and try new things! Nice work people, enjoy your weekend! Bel :-)
