Today we went to Shenkeng old street for our final report of English class with our foreign friend, Balie. We are happy that we have this opportunity to have a cross-culture communication. We introduced our Chinese culture to Balie, also she told us things on Palau. I think the thing impressed me the most is about the black magic. Balie told us that in their country, they would put a little plant on the person who just died, if the plant stood up, it means the one died because of the black magic. I thought its unbelievable, but Balie said she had seen that! And we also took this opportunity to taste good food in Shenkeng, such as stinky tofu and taro balls. Its really a nice trip. I hope Balie enjoy this trip, too. Last, thank you Balie !
