Today we went to the mummy-baby session again for 10months old baby.. A lot of interesting points that i have learned so i want to share them to fellow mummies esp yg ada baby umur kaori. pic 1: the importance of sleep cycle for babys hormones. optimal time to wake up 630-700 at this age. pic 2: our babys vision limitation. bes makei teropong ya, byk blindspot baby. patutla main rudu jak meranggong 😂 pic 3: optimum portion for 1year olds. since kaori baruk 10months, she will build up to that portion because i think she eats lesser than average japanese babies her age although she is bigger than them. pic 4: never too early to read to them and let them play with books. everyone got a storybook today from the center. arigatou! other interesting points: - keep feeding iron source to babies because their iron source will be depleted (bfore this they got them in our bellies time pregnant) so now they need it from food. we always include spinach in kaoris food. - japanese mummy selalunya akan wean baby starting from 1 year old, and 1.5 years old dah start berik susu lembu, so i shared about malaysian average wean off age is about 2.5years old and ada lebih than that and told them that is my plan with kaori, and they are quite impressed. kudos msian mummies! - at kaoris age, they could feel anger or fear, and they have memory up until 3 days. - they could suddenly wake up in the middle of the night just because the memory masuk lam mimpi and bgn tido terus tiba2 nak bermain.. (mesti memori 3 ari ya penoh ngan memori bermain) hmm i think ya ajak for now.. so fun seeing batch kaori masing masing dah besar and ngerayap. next appt will be at 1year 3months old 😊
