Today were going to do something a bit different - weve learned a lot of what Reiki is and how to use it - today were taking a journey to find the Source Of Reiki =D - Reiki Level III Day 5 - Master Practitioner - Astral Journey on the Spirit Train For today’s Exercise, let’s all board the Spirit Train and take a little trip from Self to Source a journey into higher awareness. Our mission is to find the source of that energy stream we call Reiki. We enter the train station called What Was, and from the platform of “Self,” we will board the Spirit Express - (similar to the Polar Express but were traveling just a bit farther - lol This is a personal journey so each of us will have our own private rail car, which may be called Spirit Guide, Crystals, or Higher Self, - individual ways we each connect to Oneness; our cars are hooked to the engine of Intent. As we board our train visualize the master symbol - Dai Ko Myo We find our car and begin to relax. We sit comfortably with our eyes closed, our feet crossed, and our hands in our laps, palms up. Begin to breathe slowly and deeply, with each breath visualize our Reiki symbols - the symbol of power; Cho Ku Rei - the symbol of harmony, Se He Ki Hon, the symbol of distance, Sha Ze Sho Nen. Our train now enters the tunnels of Chakra - 7 tunnels, our Reike symbols are lighting our path. First is the tunnel of basic self, the Root of our physical essence, we begin to understand who we are. Next is the Sacral tunnel known as the emotional tunnel. Our Spirit Express travels smoothly along on tracks of love, yet we must be ever vigilant, watching for the rocks of hate, which sometimes may fall across the tracks blocking are journey forward. We gain confidence as we enter the Solar Plexus tunnel. We find confidence in our intuition. In this tunnel we begin to feel the calming presence of higher self and spirit, yet also an eagerness to move forward. We stand up and stretch, we feel as if we can touch the stars. Even before we enter the next tunnel, we can already feel the energy radiating from it, that soft glowing feeling of unconditional love. We’ve reached the Heart tunnel, the tunnel also known as the “core of our soul.” Still aglow with the energies of unconditional love, we now enter the tunnel of self expression, Tunnel called Throat. It is here that we are guided to express our selves honestly and with respect of self and others. Our journey continues and next we enter the tunnel of the Third Eye. We feel our inner sight gaining clarity, and we smile with that sense of “knowing.” The tunnel coming up next is the switching tunnel, the Crown where our physical self becomes aware of Higher Self and of Spirit. We enter this tunnel still in physical form; we exit into the Spiritual Plane. Our Spirit Express now chugs through the pass of higher consciousness, and crosses the valley of What Is. Moving along, down the track of harmony, we climb the mountain of raised vibrations to reach the beginning of the rainbow bridge, the Bridge of What Will Be This beautiful bridge known as Antahkarana - a Sanskrit word meaning “that which acts or works between,” is unlike any bridge we have ever seen before. Threads of many colors spiral outward, reaching into every dimension, every universe, like a spider web connecting all to our destination, the home of “I Am” in the land of All That Was, All That Is, and All That Will Be Our Spirit Express pulls into the Station of Source and stops, so we get off. Looking around we can see the glow of Reiki as it reaches the threads of Rainbow Bridge and begins its outward journey. We are met by our guide who leads us along a path bordered by flowers and trees, some familiar and some unseen by human eye. We see a building ahead, with walls a sparkling white like the purest of pearls, and domes of gemstones and silver and gold. Our guide explains that what we seek is not in the building but in the courtyard that surrounds it, and we walk on. As we near that courtyard, we see that it is surrounded by a wall, but there is no gate that closes, instead we see portals, many, many portals, some shaped as hearts, some as stars, all of sacred shapes and patterns. Our guide leads us into the courtyard and points to a well. We see light flowing from that well, a liquid light that moves like water. We feel the energy from that light and know that this is Reiki; this is the source we sought. The guide asks each of us to bathe in that light to heal all our imperfections. We are then told that Reiki is more than just a healing energy; it is the very essence of life itself. From this energy, all is created, Spirit, Soul, and Human, all life forms, all plants and all rocks. Our questions answered our journey complete. We head back to train station for our return trip home. But we take more back with us than we came with. We have seen the source, we have felt the energy in its purest form, we have become one with Reiki, we are it and it is us. With thoughts of what we have seen racing through our minds, we fall asleep for the ride home, and are awakened by the train’s whistle as we arrive back at our home station. We open our eyes, take a few deep breaths, smile and stand up.
