Today whats on my mind is Highly Sensitive People HSPs. I first realised I was one many years ago when a good friend of mine, David Grove, who has sadly died, gave me book by Dr Elaine Aron, called the Highly Sensitive Person. Since then I have given the book to many clients, and helped many more to understand their children and themselves in relation to the world we live in. Right now there are funds being gathered to create a movie to educate and inform about what its like to be Highly sensitive, the traits, the misunderstandings and also the beauty that comes from being as HSP.
