Today woke up with a rude shocked when I checked my EUR/USD position. Over the long weekend ,still see a floating profits of U$3457 (see P1&P2). I confirmed with CI chart in P3&P4 and confirmed this awarding winning trading platform is reliable. I immediately placed an EP at 1.32636 (P5) and SL at 1.32588 (P6). Expecting a good profits today was eventually greeted with a final loss of U$298.50 (P7). When counter-checking with my order history, the Trigger price is 1.32540 (P8) but yet executed at much lower price of 1.25086 which was not even the reflected as today lowest is 1.25095 (P9). I have wrote to CI for their explanation but I reckoned that CI will not recognise the price spike. I am vested and my thinking will be bias, anyone has similar experience and can advise me the best course of actions?
