Today you may experience some inconvenience to your day, public sector workers are striking, not for fun of it or to disrupt peoples Iives but because they feel they have a right to a fairer pay and better pension. In the past public sector jobs were always accepted as lower paid than the private sector but with the knowledge that their future was secure and a fair pension paid. These people are an integral part of our infrastructure, teachers, firemen, soldiers, street sweepers, Bin men administrators ( someone has to) without them our society would be less palatable our futures less secure our streets a bigger mess than they are! So today dont moan about your inconvenience support the strikers to secure better pay & pension not just for themselves but for future recognise that their sacrifice if a days pay is to ensure that going forward they are better treated. Mr Cameron would have you believe that these rolling strikes are a disservice to you when in fact it is his government that does us the disservice by disrespecting the vital service these people provide at a very low pay! Support the strike !
