Today your SITs are using Mondays training to complete a day/night land navigation. Each platoon is broken apart into 8-10 teams with 4-5 trainees in each. Here they will only maps, compasses, pencils and protracters to locate 5 different points on the map. For the night navigation they are given the same tools but locating different points. It will be a late night so first call will not be at its usual time. This means they get to sleep in a bit!
