Todays Affirmation: I CHOOSE THE DIVINE REFLECTION OF LOVE, BEAUTY, PEACE, LIGHT and GREATNESS Tip for the Day: Choose to Reflect that which you want to SEE in the world and in others.....With the Power of Choice We Can Be Anything We Choose To Be.....Within our Genetic Make Up, We all have Higher (love, joy, peace, beauty, truth, sacred, honesty, compassion, divinity, and greatness) Vibration /Frequency/Energies/Ancestors and Lower (hate, anger, frustration, hostility, confusion, cheating, stealing, lying, ugly, chaos, destruction, procrastination, gossip, envy and jealousy) Vibration, Frequency/Energies/Ancestors living inside and among us.....We All Have Daily Battles within ourselves in Choice....Today Be Encouraged!.....When we continuously Choose To Operate and Reflect From Our Higher Vibration, We give less power and control to the Lower......Not ALL ANCESTORS/ENERGIES NEED TO BE EXPRESSED.....One way I have learn to keep the lower vibration/energies under control within myself by simply waking up each morning in prayer, meditation and setting my intention for the day....When it may try to raise its head throughout the day, I have learn to sing and chant I Am Love, I Am Peace, I Am Light and I sing and chant until I vibrate and reflect just that.......Sometimes it is not easy, especially in remembering to do this exercise in the midst of a challenge.....it is these times that I learn to Take a Conscious Deep Breath......Today, USE YOUR POWER OF CHOICE....TO CHOOSE TO REFLECT WHAT YOU WANT TO SEE WITHIN THE WORLD and OF OTHERS!
