Todays Business Thought: There is a group of people who LOVE your business. There is a larger group of people who dont know about your business. Then there is a small group who DISLIKE your business. Its tempting to try to persuade the DISLIKE, and give them a lot of our attention. The key to growth, however, is to find out WHY the LOVE group loves you, and take that message and share it with the SWING group who needs to hear it. Then ignore those who DISLIKE your business (except regarding things that affect your love group too). The LOVE group is why were all in business. If we change for the DISLIKE group, we each may lose the very thing our best clients love. Learn from the LOVE group what they love, and share that with the SWING group and let the love flow!
