Todays CLASSIC FROM THE GRAVE: RIPPING CORPSE - Dreaming with the Dead (1991). Erik Rutan left Ripping Corpse to join Morbid Angel around 1993, to record Domination. Later that same year, Scott Hornick left Ripping Corpse to attend the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. The remaining members of Ripping Corpse split-up soon afterwards and would later form Dim Mak. The last known line-up recorded the 1992 promo which featured two songs written by Erik Rutan and the other written by Shaune Kelley. After Erik left, and while Scott Hornick was still in the band, Ripping Corpse went into the studio and laid down the instrumental tracks for their second studio album. Unfortunately these tracks were never mixed and no vocals were ever recorded. Tom Stevens, of Savage Death, Incantation, Nokturnel also played a handful of shows with Ripping Corpse according numerous interviews hes done. Additionally, he contributed backing vocals on Dreaming with the Dead but is not credited other than a vague mention in the thank-you list. ┼HU┼
