Now Ill admit I probably looked a bit weary from the week of stress. The young clerk had asked if I wanted the senior discount. Mildly annoyed, I had asked how old did you have to be for the discount? The clerks reply, 65. I took the discount. But this morning, I went to a local McDonalds for a cup of coffee and the young man with tattoos on his face, asked if I wanted a senior coffee. I said, sure and while youre at it may I see the large print menu? The POS actually reached under the counter and handed me one. I am beginning to hate being retired.
