Todays Good News: Thanks to the speedy response and good investigative work recently by First Precinct officers and detectives, two men were quickly identified and arrested for attempted robbery in the East End. Officer Erica Maine was the first officer on scene and after gathering the few details available, she immediately began interviewing other people nearby and located a witness to the crime. Combine that with the good teamwork and keen eyes of responding officers, suspects were located and detained nearby. After further investigation by Detective Calvin Layne, two men were interviewed and charged with attempted robbery. Good work!
