Todays Lesson: Honoring and Serving Our Perfect Parent with the Perfect Gifts Hes Given Us In opposition to the false teachers, Paul affirmed that everything God, Our Perfect Parent, created is good. Lets ask for the blessings of Our Perfect Parent on His created gifts that give us pleasure and thank Him for them. This doesnt mean that we are to abuse what He has made (for example, gluttony abuses His gift of good food, lust abuses His gift of love, and murder abuses His gift of life). Instead of abusing them, enjoy these gifts by using them to serve and honor Our Perfect Parent. Our Saving Grace: Before you bow your head in prayer, answer two questions: 1. Have I thanked Our Perfect Parent for the Good Gifts Hes given? 2.
