Its ironically humorous that Canadas Central Bank expert is using people to avoid another 2008 crisis which is what my familys always done since we were our own bankers, knew all the famous ones as friends, clients. I spent decades analyzing centuries of data from them. In doing business, Ive known about Swiss banks protecting private clients with questionable backgrounds like the ones now in Libya so Im happy that the UK will be tougher on takeovers which bankings failed to inspect over the centuries.
