Todays Thankfulness: A couple of things today: 1) Im thankful to a young pharmacist named Nicole at the GIant, who spent about 20 minutes finding a way for me to save money on a prescription -- saved about $90! (There was an issue with how it was presented to the insurance company. She got the doctors office involved and had them explain the drug change in a way that the insurance company accepted.) 2) Wednesday I had a package that didnt show up when UPS tracking showed it had been delivered. UPS was trying to trace it but hadnt made any progress. This morning a neighbor from down the street showed at our door with it. Theyd just gotten home from vacation and found it on their front porch. Im thankful to him for bringing it to us, and Im glad to have it. (It contained food items -- not super-perishable, but not able to tolerate the hot weather indefinitely. All was in good condition when it arrived.)
