Todays Tip: Get your ass organised! Cook in Bulk! How many times have you heard I didn’t prep my meal because I was too tired last night after work and my hardcore gym workout. It’s simple, get your ass organised! The best bodybuilders or gym enthusiasts out there are the ones who are most organised in their daily routine. Admit it, if you’re not willing to sacrifice time out of your day to prep a meal than how do you expect to achieve results? A popular method in my household is cooking in bulk! Pick a day or night where you sweat away in your kitchen cooking and weighing all your meals for the week or if not every 2 to 3 days if you like your foods fresher. With this out the way, it allows you to have more quality time with family and friends, peace of mind in the gym, at work and not to mention more hours on your bed, where you can sleep more and grow MORE!
