Todays Viewpoint: Does Righteousness Have A Face??? Romans 3: 21-26. 21. But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22. even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all[h] who believe. For there is no difference; 23. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24. being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25. whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26. to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. Wow, once again, the word of God, displays a magnifying glass into our souls, pertaining to righteousness and the image it bears witness too. In other words, faith is this ingredient towards obtaining the righteousness of God. Jesus often, asked his disciples where is your faith but what he was really saying is: where is your facial(fundamental act claiming impossible attention long term). You see, Jesus saw for them his faith captured their short-term, immediate, and long-term aspirations. Peter and his fisherman had a long night out at sea. They were skilled fisherman, who knew how to cast their nets, to catch a pool of swimming fish yet their abilities and gift didnt land them the fish they went out to retrieve. So, while Jesus was waiting at the pier for them as they cleansed their nets. He remarkably, told them that what they were seeking would require them to go out deeper than normal. Thats what righteousness is all about. It commands, your soul; to violently take control of the matter empowered, ignited by the holy-spirit! Righteousness is more than a word of expression. Its largely a compound word that means strength or enormous power to change, converge, recreate, rebuild, renew or to turn a situation around. Thats who our God is; a world changer! Christ came as Gods son, who face shined the light on mans darkness. So, the church or the body of Christ should likewise show the world Christ face unto the father. Finally, the world has many faces it shows daily but the world not saving anybody nor can it. You know, the government, your jobs, our parents, love-ones, family, friends. Only, Christ can set us free from sin. His sacrifice on the cross and shedding of blood is the only death that i need to accept and value as my own. Then his resurrection power in the holy-spirit, will give me what I need to show the world Im a witness for God name sake too. Gods righteous face is this; you see me, you see my father!
