Todays Weigh in: As of this morning, I weigh 343.6 lbs. That is 1 the same last week. Total weight removed 59.4 lbs. Blah, 2 weeks in a row and no downward movement. I guess I need to look at some thing and maybe shake it up a bit. I do think as the weather starts warming up and the numbers on the thermometer starts going up, the numbers on the scale will start going down. Time will tell. Its all part of the journey. ROCK ON!
