Todays Workout: The next several weeks I will be doing mostly circuit style hybrid workouts to keep the heart rate elevated while still recruiting fast twitch muscle fibers. This works well when working on body fat loss or increase functionality, endurance, and performance. Minimal rest between exercises; 30 seconds or less. Dumbbell Incline Bench Press | 10 Reps Weighted Pull-Ups | To Failure Barbell Squats | 12 Reps Barbell Shoulder Press | 8 Reps Dumbbell Stiff Legged Deadlift | 8 Reps Face Pulls | 12 Reps Repeat 4-6 Times
